If you're interested in becoming a doula, a DONA approved doula training is your first step. Jessica travels around the country to train new birth doulas and new Lamaze childbirth educators, including doula trainings in Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids and Lansing, Michigan. Live, interactive virtual trainings are also available. Jessica is known nationwide for workshops that are in-depth, interactive, and fun. She even offers special doula trainings for labor and delivery nurses who want to improve their hands-on labor support skills.
We also have an amazing postpartum doula trainer, Krista Maltais, who teaches doulas to support families through the fourth trimester. Postpartum trainings are offered virtually and on the East Coast of the United States.
